200 g butter, cut into pieces + for greasing 4 eggs 4 egg yolks 110 g caster sugar 75 g plain flour |
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted and is beautifully smooth. Crack the eggs and egg yolks into a bowl, add the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Then add the sifted flour and melted chocolate and butter. 2. Grease 4 baking dishes with a capacity of approximately 300 ml and divide the chocolate mixture among them. Place the baking dishes on a baking sheet and bake for 20–22 minutes. Finally, carefully turn out the cakes and serve immediately.
