Cinnamon cake

Koláče Sladkosti

Koláč se skořicí

Preparation 20 minutes / Baking 20-25 minutes

200 g caster sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
250 g plain flour
1 bag of baking powder
butter for spreading
For pudding
2 bags of vanilla pudding powder
1 liter of milk
4 tablespoons caster sugar
For rubbing
3 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
cinnamon for sprinkling

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a large bowl or in a food processor, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until smooth and fluffy, light yellow, then add the oil, 100 ml of lukewarm water and the flour mixed with baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the batter in batches. Pour the batter into a 28 × 38 cm baking pan, greased with butter and lined with baking paper, and spread evenly.
2. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package and spoon it onto the raw dough in a zigzag pattern. Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean.
3. While the cake is baking, mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar. Spread this cream evenly over the baked cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
