1. I preheat the oven to 180 °C. First I make the crumbs: I cut the butter into pieces and let it soften for a while. In a bowl, I mix the flakes, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon, add the chopped butter and rub everything with my fingers until it forms crumbs. 2. Wash the strawberries and berries, cut the strawberries in half, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. After 5 minutes, divide the fruit evenly into 4 baking dishes or arrange them in one large one, sprinkle with crumbs and bake for 25 minutes. The crumbs should turn golden and the fruit should bubble gently under it. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a while, and finally decorate with ice cream or whipped cream. |
