Tuna toast

Pomazánky Slané Snídaně Svačiny

Tuňákové topinky

2–4 servings / Preparation time 30 minutes

50 g mayonnaise
juice of ½ lemon
50 g cream cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 eggs
arugula for decoration
4 slices of bread
For the herb dressing
½ tablespoon chopped basil
½ tablespoon chopped coriander
½ tablespoon chopped parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper

1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream cheese, onion and capers well until a smooth spread is formed. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Then I make an herb dressing: mix basil, coriander and parsley
with oil, balsamic vinegar, and optionally salt and pepper.
3. I dip the eggs into boiling water and cook them for 8 minutes. Then I let them cool for a while.
in cold water and peel.
4. I dry toast the slices of bread over a fire, spread them with tuna spread, decorate each slice with arugula, half an egg and lightly drizzle with herb dressing.
