50 g mayonnaise juice of ½ lemon 50 g cream cheese 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon capers salt and freshly ground pepper 2 eggs arugula for decoration 4 slices of bread For the herb dressing ½ tablespoon chopped basil ½ tablespoon chopped coriander ½ tablespoon chopped parsley 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar salt and freshly ground pepper |
1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream cheese, onion and capers well until a smooth spread is formed. Season with salt and pepper. |
